• All products are made with high-quality MDF and customized as per order.
• Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
• Customized and engraved products are non-refundable unless damaged/defective.
• A 7-day refund/replacement policy is available only for standard products (non-customized).
• Prices, designs, and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
• JB Homeware reserves the right to refuse service for any order suspected of misuse.
