We offer laser-cut MDF and sublimation MDF products such as wall art, wall clocks, coasters, key holders, keychains, and customized photo frames.

2. Do you provide customization?

Yes! We provide engraving and sublimation customization. You can add names, dates, messages, or photos to make your product personal and unique.

3. How can I place a custom order?

Simply choose the product, upload/enter your customization details (like text or photo), and place the order. For special requests, contact us directly.

4. Do you deliver outside India?

Currently, we deliver only within India.

5. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually shipped in 2–4 working days, and delivery takes about 5–10 working days, depending on your location.

6. How much is the shipping charge?

We charge standard shipping rates based on courier service. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

7. What is your refund/return policy?

• 7-day refund/replacement policy is available for defective or wrong products.
• Customized/engraved products are non-returnable, unless damaged.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

Don’t worry. Just share a photo/video with us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, cancellation is not possible as we start production.
